## Terms of Service
By booking a service with Red Broom Services you agree to these terms.
## Scheduling & cancellation
Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
## Satisfaction guarantee
If any area of your cleaning is not to your standards, notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean at no additional charge.
## Payment
Payment is due on the day of service. We accept all major credit cards, ACH and digital wallets.
## Liability
Red Broom Services carries $2M general liability insurance and workers' compensation. Report any incident within 48 hours so we can address it.
